How to shop
1.To buy a product, simply enter the product’s individual site under the menu category ”Products”.
2. Enter the text you want to engrave and also choose the font you wish to engrave it with. Samples of all fonts are shown under the menu category “Fonts”. The maximum number of letters you are able to use vary for all products (you cannot enter more than the allowed number of letters in the input field when placing the order).
3. Remember to enter the text in the order exactly as you want it on your product. If you want CAPITAL LETTERS only, make sure to write the entire text in CAPITAL LETTERS. If you only want to have lower-case letters, only write lower-case letters.
Most fonts have both captial and lower-case letters. However, a few fonts have capital letters or lower-case letters only. You can easily determine if the font you want is one of these by checking the font list, where the text displayed is the font name always begins with a capital letter.
4. The following is very important regarding text size. If you choose Small, Medium or Large we will adjust the text size after your choice but at the same time make sure it looks good considering the number of letters you want and the product’s size. In other words the text size choice is more of a guideline.
5. When you’ve made up your mind and entered all required details in the order you check out and pay with your bank or credit card. You will shortly recieve a confirmation and a receipt sent to the email address you stated in the order. The delivery time for your product is shown under its specifications.

Price
The prices include the Swedish 25% VAT (value added tax). The price for your product is the price that is displayed on the day of your purchase. The final price will always be shown before paying.
Payment method
You pay using bank or credit card after when placing an order. We cooperate with Samport AB who are using the latest in safety for online transactions.
Delivery
Delivery times are stated under each product’s specific site. We wrap the item in Encapsulated-air plastic sheeting and thereafter put it in a cushioned envelope. To maintain our low prices we only sell within the European Union, thus, we won’t ship to a country that is not an EU-member.
Return Policy
Our return policy states that you can not return engraved items. Regarding damaged or malfunctioning items the item will be replaced with a new one after returning it to us. However, self inflicted or wear and tear damaged items will not be replaced.
How to return an item
When dealing with returned items we follow the Swedish Consumer Policy. For more information on this, please visit www.konsumenteuropa.se.
1. Call us at 00468 17 86 86 or send us an email as soon as you find the malfunction.
2. After talking to us put the item back in it’s wrapping and return to sender.
3. When we have recieved and approved it for return we will send you a new item free of charge.
Privacy Policy
According to swedish law you have to agree to let us use your personal information in order to process your order properly.
Slimcase will never sell or share your personal information with other companies or individuals.
You have the right to view your personal information which are stored in our database. If the information was to be incorrect or irrelevant you can have them corrected or deleted.
