In most cases, yes. Send a mail to info@slimcase.se where you attatch the image, keep the resolution as high as possible. We will then evaluate the image to see wether or not it is possible to engrave it. There are no fixed prices for image engraving since all images are different and will demand different amounts of time. The prize will be set after the evaluation.
Is it possible to use fonts which you do not offer?
It is common for people to want to use their own fonts. We do provide this service if we are handed the font as a True Type-font. However a small fee for installation and in some cases reconfiguration in the engraving program is added. Send the font to info@slimcase.se
How does the font size option work? I can’t see a preview!
The font size is more of a guideline than an exact choice. This is because all orders differ with number of letters, fonts and font sizes. Someone who wants a product with a text of 15 letters can not have the engraving the same size as a person who choses to write a text of 3 letters on the same product with the same font size, even though both chose Large text. Therefor we have to adjust the size of the text to give the product an over all good harmony.
What about payment and delivery?
You pay with your credit/bank card when you place your order. When it is payed we recieve a confirmation that tells us to engrave it and send it to the adress you stated in the order.
Products we have in stock are manufactured and sent right away. Others take a few days longer. An estimated delivery time is displayed under product information on all products.
How long does it take for me to get it after you’ve sent it?
Within sweden: 1-2 days. Other european countries: 5-7 days.
How much do you charge for the shipping?
Nothing is added for the shipping.
To which countries do you send your items?
To all the countries of the European Union. Exceptions can be made, contact us at info@slimcase.se
How do you protect the products from taking damage during the transportation?
We carefully wrap the product in Encapsulated-air plastic sheeting and send it in a padded envelope.
Do I get a discount if I buy several products?
The amount of products for earning a discount starts at 20 identical products. Send us a mail at info@slimcase.se and we’ll discuss further details!
